Acquisition of necessary permits
Communication with local police for parking restrictions or ordinances
Posting and removal of "No Parking" signs if applicable
Posting and removal of moving/downsizing sale signage
Posting day of sale details and any “rules” on the entry door
Posting safety signage (i.e., Caution Step, Low Ceiling, etc.)
Outdoor tarps and canopies available when necessary
Temporary lighting provided for poorly lit areas
